Upfront Payment Required: To confirm your order, we require full payment at the time of booking. This ensures your order is secured and allows us to begin preparing your treats.

All orders must be confirmed at least 3 days prior to the collection / delivery date. Any changes to the order after this period may incur additional charges.

Final designs, flavors, and other specifications must be agreed upon and confirmed at the time of order placement.

Orders cancelled more than 7 days before the collection date will receive a partial refund of any payments made.

Orders cancelled within 7 days of the collection date will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.

Any changes to the order must be made at least 7 days before the collection date. Changes requested within 7 days of the event date may not be accommodated and could result in additional charges.

Larissa's Bakery will make every effort to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. However, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from all allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order placement.

Larissa's Bakery will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting to the consumption of any of our products.

All products are made to order to ensure freshness and quality. We use only the highest quality ingredients.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in the appearance of the final product.

All orders must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to your event.

Orders are available for pickup only at the agreed-upon time and location.

Larissa Bakery is not responsible for any damages to the products once they have left our premises.

Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the agreed-upon collection time will be donated to charity. No refunds will be issued for uncollected orders.

Delivery can be arranged upon request and will be handled by a courier company designated by Larissa Bakery.

Delivery fees will be communicated and agreed upon before the order is confirmed.

While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your order, Larissa Bakery is not responsible for damages incurred during transit by the courier company.

The client must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery location and time. Redelivery due to absence may incur additional fees.

Larissa's Bakery will not be liable for any damages or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation issues, or supplier delays.

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

Larissa's Bakery reserves the right to photograph all products for marketing and promotional purposes. We will not use any personal information of customers without prior consent.

By confirming your order and paying the full amount, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
